TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Reservations are valid for sedan cars, SUVs, vans up to 7 passengers and 150/1500 type trucks.
2. Vans of 8 or more passengers; trucks of type 250-2500 / 350-3500-450-4500 and higher will be charged in our lot for a total of $ 7.99* a day PLUS TAXES (6.5%). We can charge more if the daily rate is higher.
3. We do not accept motor cycles, Rv’s or trailers.
4. Reservation is valid only for the dates purchased.
5. Maximum period of stay in the lot: 30 DAYS with out a valid reservation. After 30 days of your reservation being completed and your car being on the lot without a valid reservation, we will begin the process of legally taking possession of the vehicle to collect unpaid fees. This is valid and reliable communication to that effect.
6. We only do Valet parking.
7. Drop off and Pick ups to and from Terminal A – MCO. If you are going to the Terminal B, it is 2 minutes walking from Terminal A. Both are in the same building.
8. Do not leave valuables in the vehicles. The company is not responsible for their loss.
9. We recommend you take a picture of your car upon entry. In case of making a complaint, they will be required. Please understand that many times the customer is unaware of damage to his car and assumes that they were caused in our lot. For this reason, it is mandatory that you present photographic evidence of how you delivered the car, in order to accept a claim that you want to make upon you return. No claims will be accepted once you leave the lot. Cameras are only for use of the company and are not for use of the customers.
10. Our shuttles run with in 20 minutes. Time may decrease. The time may increase in case of accidents, delays at the airport, storms that cause flight delays or late baggage delivery, as well as for issues beyond our control. We strongly recommend arriving at our lot 3 and a half hours before the departure of your flight (in the case of local flights) or 4 and a half hours before the departure of international flights.
11. We recommend that if you are returning outside of the contracted date, keep in mind that you will have to pay in our lot the difference between the contracted days and the days actually used above that reservation. The value is the one indicated by the Walk in rate of our company, as of that date. We do not offer money back in any case. Also, if you are returning after o before the original day and don’t want to wait for your car more than necessary upon your return, call us 24 hours before so we can move the car from the original date to the day you actually return.
12. We do not accept reservations for businesses of any type of rent a car (Like Turo) in any of our Lots. The cars must be removed from our lot by the owner of each reservation. Rental cars will be immobilized and must pay the corresponding charges at the time of request.
13. WE ONLY ACCEPT 2 LUGGAGE PER PERSON. IF YOU TRAVEL WITH MORE THAN TWO PIECES YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:
A- LEAVE THE LUGGAGE AT THE AIRPORT BEFORE COMING TO PARK YOUR CAR, OR
B- PAY $ 30 FOR ADDITIONAL BAG PER ROUTE AND WAIT FOR A SHUTTLE WITH AVAILABLE SPACE.
14. Checking in is the customer’s obligation. You will not be able to get on our shuttle if you have not checked in at the front office and if you have not handed over your keys. If you ignore this recommendation, or if you leave your car blocked or immobilized, as it is private property we will
proceed to call a towing company and move your car at your expense. Third parties / aggregators policy: If you make a reservation through an external company that offers to park cars in our Lot (3rd party), that reservation is not 100% guaranteed with us.
We guarantee 100% the availability of spaces only for reservations made on our website www.orangeparkinglot.com
The 3rd parties have a number of spots assigned and available in our lots. Many times (generally for holidays) these companies oversell their spaces. If they oversell their spaces we cannot guarantee your reservation from the limit of cars that they are allowed to park. In that case you should call the company
where you made the reservation to be assigned another lot.
Spaces for third parties are assigned under the First come, first serve policy.
